If you create an account with PromptNOW for any reason, we may use your name or your email address as your login name. Alternatively, we may use an anonymized login system for your login activity. The creation of an account is required because the Services may not be able to work without historical data. The legal basis of the processing is your consent.

Files and other content may be uploaded or created when accessing and using the Services, and usage-related data may also be created, collected, and processed.

When content and information are shared, the Services function best. In light of this, you should anticipate that any information or content you contribute to the Services will be shared with others. If the files or content you supply or create using the Services are naturally sharing-compatible, we may share your information, including that information.

All the information you upload to the Services is stored on an appropriate server infrastructure for processing.
